Beauty Witch Aesthetics Appointment Policy At Beauty Witch Aesthetics, we’re committed to making your experience exceptional and stress-free. To ensure we can accommodate all our wonderful clients, we’ve put a few guidelines in place regarding appointments: Rescheduling or Canceling Appointments Life happens—we get it! If you need to reschedule or cancel, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. For changes made within 24 hours of your appointment, a fee of 50% of the service cost may apply. No-Shows If you’re unable to make it to your appointment and forget to let us know, a 50% service fee will apply. These guidelines help us respect everyone’s time and keep things running smoothly for all. We completely understand that life can be unpredictable, so please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re here to help and want to make rebooking as simple as possible!
